Arbortect is a systemic fungicide used as a root flare injection for the prevention and treatment of Dutch elms disease. For Dutch elms disease information, see the link.

For preventative treatment, the fungicide must be applied before the fungus has caused extensive damage to the vascular system of the tree, so early detection and timely treatments are critical to success.
